1. How far in advance should I book an inflatable?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks before your event, especially during the busy summer months. Last-minute rentals are sometimes available, but reserving early gives you the best chance of getting the exact inflatable you want for your party.

2. Do you set up and take down the inflatable?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are always included. Our crew makes sure everything is safely secured and ready before your guests arrive, and we’ll handle all the heavy lifting when the party’s over.

3. How long can I keep the inflatable?
Most rentals are for the full day, which usually means up to 8 hours. If you need extra time or want to keep it overnight, just let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate. Sometimes a second day of rentals is available at a discounted rate.

4. What surfaces can the bounce houses be set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt, as long as the area is flat and clear. Grass is usually best, but our team brings the proper equipment to safely secure inflatables on hard surfaces too.

5. Are the inflatables cleaned and sanitized?
Absolutely. After each rental, every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected so you can feel confident your guests are playing in a safe, sanitized space.

6. What happens if it rains on the day of my rental?
Safety comes first. If the weather looks dangerous (heavy rain, storms, or strong winds), we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for another date. Light rain is usually fine, but we’ll talk through the options with you.

7. How much space do I need for an inflatable?
Each inflatable has its own size requirements, but most need at least 15×15 feet of clear space. Larger water slides and combos may need more room. We’ll help you figure out exactly what fits your yard or event space.

8. Do I need to provide power or water?
For bounce houses, a standard household outlet is all that’s needed. For water slides, we’ll also need access to a garden hose and water source. We’ll let you know the setup requirements when you book.

9. Is there an age or weight limit for the inflatables?
Most of our inflatables are great for kids ages 3–12. Each unit has a maximum weight limit and number of riders allowed at one time. Our team will go over safety rules at setup so everyone can play safely.

10. What if I’m renting for a school, church, or community event?
We love working with groups! Whether it’s a fundraiser, festival, or church picnic, we can provide multiple inflatables and even help plan setups that keep the crowd moving and safe. Ask us about special packages for larger events.

11. How much does it cost to rent a bounce house or water slide?
Prices vary depending on the size and type of inflatable. Standard bounce houses are usually the most affordable, while larger combo units and water slides cost a bit more. Contact us for a quick quote — we’ll help you find something that fits both your party and your budget.

12. Can adults use the inflatables too?
Some of our larger inflatables are built to handle adults as well as kids. If you want something the whole family can enjoy, let us know and we’ll recommend the right rental option.

13. Do you require a deposit to reserve my inflatable?
Yes, a small deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance is usually due on the day of your event. We’ll explain the payment details when you book so there are no surprises.

14. What if my yard isn’t big enough?
Not to worry! Many times, we can set up on driveways, parking lots, or even indoors in gymnasiums or large halls. We’ll talk through your options and help you find the right inflatable for your space.

15. Are your inflatables safe for younger kids?
Yes. We have units designed specifically for toddlers and younger children with lower walls and gentler slides. Safety is our top priority, and we’ll make sure the inflatable you choose matches the ages of your guests.
